How to Apply
Joining the MBA Enterprise Corps
Applicants to the Corps must be second-year or recently graduated MBAs from participating schools. They must have at least three years of significant work experience and demonstrate the willingness and capability to function effectively in a foreign environment. Previous experience overseas and knowledge of a foreign language, particularly Spanish, French and/or Portuguese are desired but not required. U.S. citizens and permanent residents may apply for all assignments available. International students will be considered for assignments on a case by case basis.
MBAs apply to the Corps through their school representative. A selection committee at each participating school reviews applications, interviews candidates, and nominates those whose qualifications and personal attributes identify them as potentially successful Corps members. After receiving nominations from the participating schools, MBAEC staff will match candidates to assignments based on their qualifications, preferences and assignment-specific requirements. The Corps' in-country partner organization is then asked to rank the candidates that have been matched to it. MBAEC staff then make every effort to place the top-ranked candidates with each organization.
