One of CDC Development Solutions’ ground-breaking approaches is our Tourism Products Registry™ (TPR). TPR is an integrated system that links into our broader Tourism Employment & Opportunity (TEMPO) model and that combines demand analysis with asset audits to determine value chain gaps and develop regional and global linkages for a destination or countrywide strategy.

TPR tools include payment and reservation systems and web services that improve and stimulate business to business, business to customer, and business to government relationships to create new products and open channels for new source and niche markets.

While TPR relies on a sophisticated technology platform, it does not require that the businesses in the registry invest in this technology. Instead, they are required only to have once-a-day access to email, even if it is through dial-up.
